At Inter Care, we always follow a robust process to ensure that all professionals we put forward are vetted and cleared to a high standard prior to all placements and on-going placements. All candidates' training and checks are monitored and we also make them aware when updates & refreshers are due. We set clear expectations that no further bookings can be made out to work until documents or training is renewed. This is a mandatory requirement for all our staff which is heavily overviewed on a regular basis by our compliance team.


Inter Care  will obtain all required documents related to DBS, Training Certificates and Immunisations. We also complete further background checks to ensure we onboard the right candidates. These include:


  • Manual Handling - Refreshed on a yearly basis 
  • Right to work
  • Basic Life Support - Refreshed on a yearly basis
  • Interview & Assessments
  • Fitness to work (Immunisations)
  • 2 valid references 
  • PMVA level - If required: refreshed on a yearly basis 
  • NMC Pin checks
  • Diplomas & Certificates
  • Work history
